Kilvo is a vehicle maintenance, reminder, receipt, and expense tracking app. Kilvo is designed to work without an account.
Kilvo stores the data you enter locally on your device, including:
Kilvo asks for camera or photo library access only when you choose to attach a receipt to an expense. Receipt images are stored locally in the app storage unless you export or share them yourself.
Kilvo asks for notification permission only when you enable reminders. Reminder notifications are scheduled locally by the app so Kilvo can alert you about vehicle service tasks. Kilvo does not collect push notification tokens or send reminder data to a backend server.
Kilvo fetches exchange rates from a third-party exchange-rate endpoint so it can convert expense totals between currencies. Kilvo also fetches public fuel price rows for fuel-station cards. Kilvo does not send your vehicle, expense, receipt, reminder, or precise location data with those requests.
Kilvo Premium is sold through Apple In-App Purchase on iOS. When Android subscriptions are enabled, Kilvo Premium may be sold through Google Play Billing on Android.
Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment details are handled by the applicable app store provider, such as Apple or Google. Kilvo does not receive or store your full payment card information.
Kilvo uses RevenueCat to check subscription status and unlock Premium features such as additional vehicles, expense charts, category breakdowns, cost per km, and PDF reports. RevenueCat may process purchase-related data, such as product identifiers, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and app user identifiers, only for purchase validation, entitlement management, customer support, and subscription analytics.
